摘　　要：目的分析卡介菌多糖核酸(BCG-PSN)治疗病毒性皮肤病的疗效及对外周血炎症因子水平的影响。方法随机将于医院就诊的78例病毒性皮肤病患者分为观察组和对照组,各39例。两组均给予相同方案的常规治疗,此外,观察组辅以卡介菌多糖核酸治疗。比较两组的临床治疗效果和治疗前后外周血IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-4的变化及不良反应发生率。结果在临床总有效率和痊愈率上,观察组均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的外周血IFN-γ、IL-2水平较治疗前均升高(P<0.05),IL-4水平较治疗前均下降(P<0.05),但观察组的改善幅度均较对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为5.13%,对照组为7.69%,两组比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论卡介菌多糖核酸治疗病毒性皮肤病的疗效显著,能通过改善外周血炎症因子水平而发挥调节患者机体免疫功能的效果,且安全性好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the effects of BCG-PSN on inflammatory factors in the treatment of virus dermatopathy.Methods A total of 78 patients with virus dermatopathy admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group(n=39, respectively). The two groups were treated with the same conventional therapy. Besides,the observation group was adjunctively treated with BCG-PSN. The effects, the changes in peripheral blood IFN-γ, IL-2 and IL-4before and after the treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Results The overall response rate(ORR) and cure rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). After the treatment,the peripheral blood IFN-γ and IL-2 levels and in the two groups increased(P < 0.05), while IL-4 level decreased(P < 0.05). The improvement in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.13% and that in the control group was 7.69%; the difference between the two groups had no statistical significance(P > 0.05). Conclusion BCG-PSN has significant effects in the treatment of virus dermatopathy, can adjust the immune functions of patients by improving the levels of peripheral blood inflammatory factors, has high safety, and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
