摘  要:以腰果酚、三乙烯四胺和甲醛为主要成分,采用曼尼希反应法合成一种双酚A型环氧树脂低温固化用的固化剂,并着重探讨了常温(20~23℃)固化、低温(5℃)固化对EP固化物性能、结构特性、断面形貌和固化动力学等影响。研究结果表明:固化温度的提高有助于改善EP固化物的压缩强度、弯曲强度、拉伸强度和剪切强度等性能;固化温度的降低使体系的交联密度减小,从而有效提高了EP固化物的断裂伸长率;低温固化EP的断面呈"沟壑"状,而常温固化EP的断面较平整;低温固化体系在后期仍出现较明显的放热峰,而常温固化体系则出现明显的"后固化"现象。A kind of curing agent for low-temperature curing of bisphenol-A type epoxy resin (EP) was synthesized by Mannich reaction with anacardol, triethylene-tetramine and formaldehyde as main raw materials. The influences of room- temperature (20- 23℃ ) curing and low- temperature (5℃ ) curing on the properties, structural characteristic, fracture morphology and curing kinetics of cured EP were emphatically discussed. The research results showed that the increase of curing temperature can improve some properties (such as compression strength, bending strength, tensile strength and shear strength) of cured EP. The decrease of curing temperature can reduce the crosslinking density of system, which can effectively improve the elongation at break of cured EP. The fracture surface of low temperature cured EP had the characteristic of gully, and the fracture surface of room temperature cured EP had the characteristic of smooth. The obviously remaining exothermic reaction peak was still observed in the low temperature cured system at a later stage, but the obviously post-curing phenomenon was observed in the room temperature cured system.
