摘 要:以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚己内酯二元醇(PCL)为主要原料,以水和低毒酮类混合溶剂为介质,制备具有油包水结构、高固含量的WPU(水性聚氨酯)鞋用胶,并系统考察了分散形态、固含量及分散介质中有机溶剂含量等因素对WPU胶粘剂性能的影响。研究结果表明:具有油包水结构的WPU胶粘剂的活化温度、活化时间、在基材表面的浸润性、成膜性和初粘力等基本适应制鞋工艺的要求,鞋产品的终粘力也可达到国家的相关标准;该WPU胶粘剂在实际应用中具有简单方便的操作工艺,可显著降低VOC(挥发性有机物)含量,在绿色制鞋业中具有良好的潜在应用价值。With isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) , polycaprolactone diol (PCL) as main raw materials, mixed solvent of water and ketone with low toxicity as medium, the WPU (waterborne polyurethane) adhesive for shoe with water-in-oil structure and high solid content was prepared, and the influences of some factors (such as dispersion form, solid content and organic solvent content in dispersion medium) on properties of WPU adhesive were systematically investigated. The research results showed that the activation temperature, activation time, wettability on substrate surface, film-forming property and initial adhesion of WPU adhesive with water-in-oil structure could basically meet the requirements of shoemaking industry, and the final adhesion of shoes products could also meet the requirements of national relevant standards. This WPU adhesive had the simple and convenient operation process in practical application, and can significantly reduce the VOC (volatile organic compound) content, which has the good potential application value in green shoemaking industry.
