摘 要:在一台搭载可调二级增压系统的重型柴油机上,研究了增压器不同旁通阀开度对燃油消耗率及排放特性的影响规律。结果表明:低转速工况下打开增压器旁通阀有助于降低NOx排放,但在中大负荷工况下会导致燃油经济性恶化;在中高转速、小负荷工况下增大旁通阀开度有助于减小泵气损失,燃油消耗率最大降幅可达7.6%,在中大负荷工况下受泵气损失与指示热效率相互作用的影响,打开旁通阀可以在不恶化燃油经济性的前提下降低NOx排放。在不同转速、小负荷工况下大开度开启旁通阀,中高负荷工况下关闭或小开度开启旁通阀,可以在不明显恶化NOx排放的同时实现最优燃油经济性,烟度排放均低于4%;最优控制策略下,与原单级增压发动机样机相比,二级增压柴油机在低转速工况下更具燃油经济性优势。In a heavy duty diesel engine equipped with regulated two-stage turbocharging system, the impacts of different turbocharge bypass valve opening on fuel consumption and emission are explored. Results show that, at low speed, opening the bypass valve helps to reduce NOx emission, but in large load it causes the deterioration of the fuel economy. At high speed and low load, increasing the opening of the bypass valve helps to reduce pumping loss, the maximal drop in fuel consumption can reach 7. 6 % . While in middle and large load, due the effect of the interaction between pumping loss and indicated thermal efficiency, opening the bypass valve can reduce NOi emission without worsening the fuel economy premise. At different speeds and low load condition increasing the opening of bypass valve, or at middle and large load condition closing or reducing the opening of the bypass valve can achieve the best fuel economy, without obvious deterioration of NOa; emission that the smoke emission is less than 4%. Under the optimal control strategy of turbocharged diesel engine, compared with the original single-stage turbocharged engine prototype, two-stage turbocharging in low speed has the advantage of high fuel economy.
