摘　　要：介绍了一种检测道路施工中沥青混凝土内部结构剪应变与剪应力关系的工程材料纯剪切应力测试仪器。设计了基于STC12C5A60S2的剪应力测试仪的控制器机械装置、控制系统。控制系统由数据采集模块、微控制单元、显示模块、打印模块、电机控制模块组成。该纯剪切应力测试仪经过实际测试,能够对混凝土样品进行纯剪切应力测试,系统运行稳定可靠,测试数据准确度高,具有一定的实际应用价值,可以推广。This paper introduces a kind of pure shear stress testing instrument for detecting the relationship phalt concrete structure in road construction. The controller of mechanical device and control system based on STC12C5A60S2 is designed.Control system consists of data acquisition module,micro control unit,display module,print module,and test,it can be used to test the pure shear stress of concrete samples,the system runs stably and reliably,and the test data is accurate. It hascertain practical application value.
