摘　　要：根据国家电网公司颁布的以地电波检测作为开关柜带电检测手段的相关规定,提出了一种基于ARM9平台的便携式开关柜局部放电检测仪。该仪器采用峰值检测电路对局部放电信号进行特征参数提取,避免了传统上采用A/D采样后产生的庞大数据量,方便手持系统更好地对这些数据进行实时处理。According to the rules of employing Transient Earth Voltage（ TEV ） detection as a means of sGrid, the paper provides a portable PD detection device that is based on ARM 9-platforms. The device adotract characteristic parameters of PD s ignal, the peak value detection circuit avoids high density data generated by pling, so that hardware of the handheld system can beter process the data in real- time.
