摘　　要：手机的带宽吞吐性能是影响手机总体性能的一个重要指标,目前几乎所有第三方的手机评测软件都有对这一项指标的单独测试。但这些测试基本上都存在一些问题,并不能全面真实地反映手机的带宽吞吐性能。文章从硬件的角度深入分析了CPU、Cache、DDR等模块的实现方式对带宽测试软件的影响,并结合最常用的ARM系列CPU做了对比,最后提出了新的带宽吞吐性能评价方式。% The bandwidth and throughput rate are very important indexes fo r the performance parameters of mobile phone c h ip, which are theessential assessment carried on by the th ird -party for the mobile phone acceptance testing nowadays. However, drawback still of testing. The bandwidth and throughput rate of mobile phone cannot be presented fully and veritably by using these popular methiods. This pa-per mainly discussed the diference of effects on testing the bandwidth and throughput rate of mobile phone by the way of manipulating the mod-el of CPU, Cache and DDR from the aspect of operating hardware, and made a comparison witi the most common used ARM system and CPUsystem. At last, a noval evaluation methiod of the bandwidth and throughput rate of mobile phone is proposed by this paper.
