摘 要:目的建立血液中硫离子的气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)测定方法,并将其应用于实际案例。方法取血液0.2 mL,以1,3,5-三溴苯为内标,经五氟苄基溴衍生化后采用GC-MS分析。结果血液中的硫离子在0.2~40μg/mL质量浓度范围内线性良好,最低检出限为0.05μg/mL。健康人群、死后等不同来源的空白血液中硫离子质量浓度不高于0.05μg/mL。3例硫化氢中毒案件中,6名死者血液中均检出硫离子,质量浓度在1.02~3.13μg/mL。结论本研究建立了血液中硫离子测定方法,并成功应用于硫化氢中毒死亡案件。Objective To establish a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) method for the determination of sulfide ion in blood and apply it to the practical cases. Methods The 1,3, 5 -tribro- mobenzene was selected as an internal standard, and 0.2 mL blood sample was collected and analyzed using GC-MS after a-Bromo-2,3,4, 5, 6-pentafluorobenzyl bromide derivatization. Results The mass concentration of sulfide ion in blood had good linearity in the range of 0.2-40μg/mL with a limit of detection (LOD) of 0.05μg/mL. The mass concentration of sulfide ion was less than 0.05 μg/mL in blank blood from different sources such as healthy subjects and dead cases. In 3 sulfide poisoning cases, sul-fide ion was detected in the blood samples of 6 victims, and the mass concentration range was 1.02-3.13μg/mL Conclusion This study establishes a method for investigation of sulfide ion in blood which has been applied successfully to the cases of fatal sulfide poisonings.
