摘 要:介绍了废酸净化和酸再生工艺的原理和主要工艺流程。分析了废酸净化机组的热交换器、浸溶塔、反应罐、压滤机、泥浆泵等设备以及酸再生机组的喷雾焙烧系统、双旋风分离器、文丘里预浓缩器、吸收塔等主要设备。应用废酸净化技术可生产出高品质氧化铁粉;酸再生技术可以有效降低酸洗机组吨钢新酸耗量,降低企业生产成本,取得较好的经济收益和社会效益。The paper introduces the principle and main process flow of waste acid purification and acid re-generation process, and analyzes the equipment for waste acid purification unit such as heat exchanger, leach-ing tower, reaction tank, filter press and slurry pump, and main equipment for acid regeneration unit such as spray and roasting system, double cyclone separator, Venturi preconcentrator and absorption tower. With the application of waste acid purifying technology, prime quality ferric oxide powder can be produced. Acid re-generation technology can effectively reduce the new acid consumption of tonnage steel at pickling unit and lower production cost in the enterprise. Good economic and social benefits are obtained.
