数字胃肠机与注射泵配合在子宫输卵管造影中的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨数字胃肠机与注射泵配合在子宫输卵管造影中的临床应用价值。方法对300例不孕症患者,分为注射泵组和人工注射组各150例,应用数字胃肠机采集图像,并对造影后临床效果进行比较。结果注射泵组和人工注射组之间子宫及输卵管造影结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组临床效果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论数字胃肠机与注射泵配合子宫输卵管造影可获得良好图像质量,操作简便、快捷、安全、经济,值得基层医院推广。Objective To explore the clinical value of the combined use of digital gastrointestinal machine and injection pump in hysterosalpingography. Methods 300 patients with infertility were divided into the injection pump and the artificial injection group with 150 cases each group. Digital gastrointestinal machine was used to collect images and the clinical effects after radiography were compared. Results The imaging results of uterus and oviduct between two groups showed no statistical significance（ P 〉0.05）, but the clinical effect of the two groups had statistical significance（ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion The combined use of digital gastrointestinal machine and injection pump in hysterosalpingography can obtain high-quality ima ges.
