摘　　要：当前外国人"三非"(非法入境、非法居留、非法就业)查处工作逐步得到了国家和地方的重视,作为对外开放的窗口,上海的外国人非法就业查处工作在取得了一定成绩的同时,也暴露出相关的问题。职能部门加强与完善查处工作措施的对策主要有:探索新的发现机制,完善相关法律规定,充分利用大数据平台,调整内部工作机制等。Nowadays, the national and local Alien-Related Is （illegal entry, illegal residence and governments attach gradual importance to ＂Three illegal employment）＂. Shanghai, as a glass case, has made great achievements in handling alien-related illegal employment but has its own problems. As such, suggestions made for functional departments to strengthen and perfect their work include exploring new mechanisms of discovering such cases, amending relevant legal provisions and making advantage of the big data platform to restructure internal working mechanisms and etc.
