法治视角下的看守所医疗社会化改革

摘　　要：看守所的医疗卫生工作不仅是公安监管工作的重要组成部分,同时也是社会公共卫生工作的延伸,规范看守所的医疗机构设置、满足看守所在押人员基本医疗卫生需求,对于进一步做好看守所医疗卫生工作、保障在押人员合法权益、维护看守所安全文明、促进社会和谐稳定具有重要意义。在法治视角下对看守所的医疗社会化改革进行研究,解读医疗社会化改革要点,剖析当下困扰看守所医疗社会化改革的难点并提出相关建议具有现实价值。Jail medicare is not only an important component of the penitentiary work but also the extension of the social public health servicel To standardize jail medical facilities and satisfy basic medical needs of detainees is significant to improving jail healthcare service, protecting detainees＇ legal rights and interests, maintaining its civilized environment as well as promoting social stability and harmony. From the perspective of law governance, the author attempts to conduct research into reformation of socialization of jail medicare, to interpret the main points of reformation of socialization of medical care, and analyze difficulties and at last put forward some practically valuable suggestions.
