摘　　要：在当前世界文化交流交融交锋日益频繁的大趋势下,西方文化所传递的价值观对大学生的价值观产生了深远影响,大学生择业价值取向显现出个人功力倾向明显、片面追求自我价值实现、个人矛盾心理较强、缺乏职业生涯规划意识等问题,针对以上问题,探讨了影响大学生择业价值取向形成的多方面因素,并围绕正视文化的多样化发展、加强新媒体的正确导向、强化大学生择业价值观教育、充分发挥大学生择业的主观能动性等方面,探讨了如何引导大学生形成正确的择业价值取向。Under the current trend of world cultural exchange and confrontation, the values conveyed by western culture have a far-reaching impact on the values of university students. The value orientation of college students＂ career choice has obvious individual skill tendency, one-sided pursuit of self-value, This paper discusses the various factors that influence the formation of the value orientation of college students ＂career choice, and focuses on the diversified development of culture, strengthens the correct orientation of the new media, and strengthens the values of college students＂ job-hunting. In view of the above problems, Education, give full play to the subjective initiative of college students to explore how to guide students to form the correct choice of career value orientation.
