摘  要:针对传统甲醛检测装置检测流程复杂、周期长、性价比低等问题,设计了一种基于电化学传感器的简易便携式甲醛快速检测报警仪。该检测报警仪采用电化学传感器内部的电解溶液与甲醛发生化学反应产生微弱的电流信号,经过I/V转换电路和运算放大电路将电流信号转换为稳定可测的电压信号,再经过AD模数转换器将模拟信号转换为数字信号传送给ATMEGA128微处理器进行处理,用户可以通过液晶屏、按键和蜂鸣器进行人机交互。实验测试结果表明,该检测报警仪能够实时高效准确的检测空气中甲醛的质量浓度,性价比高、功耗低、携带方便、操作简单,具有一定的实际推广应用价值。Aiming to solve the problems of traditional Formaldehyde detection device, like complicated detection process, long cycle and low cost performance, this paper designs a simple portable Formaldehyde rapid detection alarm instrument based on electrochemical sensor. The detection alarm instrument, at first, employs electrochemical sensors within the electrolytic solution and formaldehyde chemical reaction to produce a weak current signal; then convert the current signal to a stable measurable voltage signal through I-V conversion circuit and operational amplifier circuit; at last through the AD analog-to-digital converter, convert analog signals into digital signals which will be sent to the ATMEGA128 microprocessor for processing. Users can interact with the machine and other people through the LCD screen, buttons and buzzers. The experimental results show that this detection alarm can be real-time efficient and accurate in the detection of air concentration for Formaldehyde. With high cost performance, low power consumption, easy carrying and simple operation as its advantages, this device deserves practical application.
