摘 要:为提高混凝土隧道结构防火性能,降低火灾损失,对涂抹磷酸镁基防火涂料的混凝土结构进行劈裂试验和耐火性能实验,研究磷酸镁基隧道防火涂料配方设计,讨论白刚玉砂、钢渣、硅灰、镍渣、蛭石填料和纳米二氧化钛外加剂对隧道防火涂料性能的影响。试验表明:掺量10%白刚玉砂、5%硅灰、0.75%二氧化钛、90%蛭石的磷酸镁基隧道涂料3d和15 d粘结强度均超过规范要求,耐火性能最优;优化设计配方的隧道防火涂料各项指标均优于国家标准。In order to improve the fire resistance performance of concrete tunnel structure and reduce the fire damage, the split-ting tests and fire resistance experiments of concrete structure with phosphate - based fire retardant coating were carried out to reveal the relationship between composition and performance of phosphate - based fire retardant coating of tunnels. The influence of filler and ad-ditive on the adhesive strength and burning time were discussed in detail. The results showed that the best proportion for phosphate - based tunnel fireproof coating material was 10% white corundum sand, 5% silica fume, 0. 7 5 % T i02 , and 9 0 % vermiculite. The adhesive strength of the composition can well meet the requirement of criterion, and has optimum fire - resistant capacity. The test in-dexes of the fireproof coatings configured in this study are superior to the national standard.
