摘　　要：潜山油藏是乍得项目主力油藏之一,具有较高的商业开采价值,但是由于潜山地层硬脆性花岗岩的地质特点,且裂缝发育,钻速慢、钻井周期长以及井控风险高成为潜山油藏高效开发的主要技术瓶颈。鉴于此,在国际安全环保标准日益严苛的大形势下,通过室内研究、软件模拟和现场应用形成了一系列潜山钻井配套技术,包括优化钻具组合、优选钻头、RCD控压装备配套以及潜山裸眼电缆测井等工艺技术。2016年8月系列技术在Baobab A井的现场应用中,平均机械钻速4.44 m/h,与邻井使用的3只PDC钻头相比,钻头指标大幅度提高;与相邻37口井中使用的43只牙轮钻头相比,平均机械钻速提高97.33%,平均单只钻头进尺提高54.19%。该系列钻井配套技术为乍得潜山地层安全、环保、高效地完成钻井任务提供了有力保障。Buried hill reservoir is one ol the main reservoirs in Chad project, which has high commercial ex-ploitation value. However, due to the buried hill strata geological characteristics ol hard and brittle granite and the well developed fractures, the low ROP, long drilling period and high well control risk have been the main technical bottlenecks lor the efficient development ol buried hill reservoirs. In view ol this, and at the situation ol increasing-ly demanding international security and environmental standards, a series ol buried hill drilling technologies have been developed through indoor researches, soltware simulations and lield applications, including BHA optimiza-tion, drill bit optimization, MPD equipment ol RCD and borehole wireline logging technology lor buried hill. In the lield application ol series technologies in Well Baobab A in Aug. 2016, the average drilling speed was 4. 44 m/h , which has been greatly increased compared with the three PDC bits applied in the ollset wells. Compared with the 43 tri-cone bits applied in the 37 ollset wells, the average ROP was increased by 97. 33 % , and the average footage per bit was increased by 54. 19%. The series drilling technologies provided a strong guarantee for the sale, environ-ment lriendly and ellicient drilling in Chad buried hill lormation.
