摘　　要：分段压裂技术作为低渗透和薄互层油藏有效动用的重要手段之一,在胜利油田的应用规模在逐步扩大。然而该技术中的机械分层压裂工艺在应用中常出现管柱刺断和卡管柱事故。为此,在分析管柱刺断和遇卡原因的基础上,设计了可逐级解封的管内分段压裂管柱。该管柱通过坐封球座统一坐封封隔器,在打开滑套进行压裂的同时采用液压的方式自行启动该层封隔器的解封机构。现场应用结果表明:该管柱在139.7 mm套管内可分9段压裂施工,整体耐压70 MPa,耐温达到150℃,密封压差达到60 MPa,满足现场压裂施工要求,工具和整体管柱的安全性大大提高。所得结论可为低渗透油藏压裂管柱的优化提供参考。Staged fracturing technofogy is one of the important means lor effective development of low permea-bility and thin interbedded reservoirs, which has been increasingly applied in Shengli Oilfield. Considering the pipe puncture and sticking issues often occurs in the application of mechanical staged fracturing operation, based on the analysis of the causes of pipe puncture and sticking, a releasable staged fracturing string for cased hofe has been developed. The string sets the packers through the ball seat, and automatically hydraulically actuates the release mechanism of the packer during opening the slip sleeve lor lracturing. The lield application results show that the string could allow 9 stage lracturing in 0139. 7 mm cased hofe, with the overall pressure bearing of 70 MPa, the temperature up to 150 ^ and the sealing pressure differential of 60 MPa, meeting the requirements of on-site lrac- turing operation. The salety of the toofs and the whofe string has been greatly improved. The study could provide relerences lor the optimization of lracturing string lor low permeability reservoir development.
