摘  要:目前很多老旧传统变电站正在进行智能化改造,改造需要按照停电计划一步一步开展。在改造过程中,已改造的系统和未改造的系统是相互独立,且内部采用不同的通信规约,故无法直接通信。而在变电站自动化系统中,间隔层和站控层的闭锁逻辑很多都跨间隔,存在新、老系统信息缺失、联闭锁逻辑不完整等问题,为此提出了一种基于虚拟测控的变电站自动化改造技术。在新的自动化系统中安装虚拟测控装置,模拟新系统的实体测控装置运行,被模拟的间隔实际位于旧的自动化系统,为未改造间隔。该技术解决了变电站智能化改造过程中新、老系统的过渡难题,保证了改造过程中联闭锁、新监控后台及调度监控端信息数据的完整性。结合某变电站自动化改造实施过程,重点介绍了虚拟测控技术在变电站自动化设备改造过程中的应用,以及改造过程中的注意事项,对其他变电站的智能化改造具有一定的借鉴意义。At present, many old traditional substations are undergoing intelligent retrofit ; this must be implemented step by step in accordance with the power outage plan. In the process of retrofit, the system has been retrofitted and the system has not been retrofitted are two independent systems using different communication protocol,so these systems cannot directly communicate. In the automation system of substation, many blocking logics of interval layer and station control layer are acrossing the interval ; this causes information loss of the new system and old system,and the interlocking logic imcomplete. The retrofit technology based on virtual measurement and control for substation automation is researched, the virtual measurement and control is installed in new automation system, to emulate the operation of entity measurement and control device of new system, while the emulated interval is actually located in the old automation system as the interval not being retrofitted, This technology resolves the difficulty of transition for new and old systems in the intelligent retrofit process, and ensure the integrity of information data of inter - blocking, new monitoring background and dispatch monitoring. Combining with the implementation process of certain substation, the application of virtual measurement and control technology in automation retrofit process of substation, and the cautions in retrofit process are introduced emphatically; these provide certain reference significance for intelligent retrofit of other substations.
