摘  要:电磁流量计具有结构简单、宽量程、耐腐蚀等优点,被广泛应用于石油及城市排污等脏污流体环境中。电磁流量计的精度关系到计量的准确性。以电磁流量计的发展历史为线索,分析了电磁流量计的四个发展方向,即电磁流量计的结构、电磁流量计的励磁方式、电磁流量计的信号处理方式、电磁流量计的智能化。从这四个方向对电磁流量计的技术进行了详细说明,介绍了每种技术的大致趋势并列举了近年来该方向所产生的最新技术,阐述了当前流量计技术发展的现状以及未来的发展方向。在分析新兴技术的基础上,总结出电磁流量计未来的发展趋势。在智能化技术不断发展和完善的新时期,未来电磁流量计仍以励磁优化、信号处理技术为主,同时又不断改变电磁流量计的结构,以适应越来越复杂的测量环境和满足测量要求个性化的趋势。The electromagnetic flowmeter has been widely used in petroleum, urban sewage and other dirty fluid environment because it has the advantages of simple structure, wide range, and corrosion resistance, etc. The accuracy of electromagnetic flowmeter is related to the precision of metering. With the development history of electromagnetic flowmeter as a clue,four of the development directions of electromagnetic flowmeter are analyzed,i. e. ,the structure; the excitation mode; the signal processing mode; and the intellectualization of the electromagnetic flowmeter. From these four directions,the technology of electromagnetic flowmeter is described in detailed ; the development trend of each technical direction is introduced, and the latest technologies in this direction are listed; the current status of the technical development and the direction in future of flowmeter are elaborated. Based on the analysis of some new technologies, the future development trend of electromagnetic flowmeter is summarized. In the new era of continuous development of intelligent technology, optimization of excitation, integration of multi - function mainly with signal processing technology, constant improvement of the structure for electromagnetic flowmeter are necessary to meet the more complex measuring environment, and the measurement requirement for personalized trend.
