都市农业发展与农民土地权益保护研究综述

摘　　要：都市农业发展研究主要集中于都市农业的起源及形成、都市农业的概念界定、都市农业的功能、都市农业发展模式及问题、都市农业发展水平及其评价等五个方面;农民土地权益的国内外研究主要集中于农地制度变迁中农民获得的收益、财产权利及其保障问题,并分别就农地制度变迁、土地流转、国家与农民的博弈等角度进行分析。但现有研究对都市农业发展中农民土地权益保障的关注不够全面,研究视野相对狭小,特别是对都市农业发展中农民土地权益的理论和实践问题缺少全面系统的理论研究和实证分析,总体而言存在较大创新空间。The origin and formation of the urban agricuhural development mainly concentrated in urban agriculture,city agriculture concept definition, functions of urban agriculture, patterns and problems of urban agriculture development, five aspects of urban agriculture development and evaluation; the land rights of farmers at home and abroad mainly focus on the changes of farmland institution benefit ,the security problem of property rights,and were on the system changes of agricultural land,land transfer, analyze the state and peasant game angle. But the existing research on the protection of rights and interests of farmers in the development of urban a- griculture land concern is not comprehensive, research perspective is relatively small, especially the theoretical research and empirical analysis of the theory and practice of urban agriculture farmers in the development of the land rights of the lack of a comprehensive and systematic, overall there is a big room for innovation.
