摘　　要：目的提高医院中心药房麻醉、第一类精神药品管理质量,保证使用安全。方法依据法律法规,结合医院实际情况,建立质量标准,对调剂流程、基数管理、批号追踪、处方编号、安全控制等工作进行了规范化设置,开展常态化的质量检查。结果麻醉、第一类精神药品各项工作运行平稳、有序、安全,存在问题逐渐减少。结论规范化管理,提高了医院中心药房麻醉、第一类精神药品管理质量,对减少安全隐患有实际意义。Objective To improve the quality of the narcotic and type I psychotropic drugs in hospital. Methods According to the provision of laws and regulations, in combination with the practical situation of the hospital, the quality standard had been establised, the dispensing process,base management,batch tracking,prescription number,safety control were conduct standardly. The quality inspection was carried out normally. Results The work of the narcotic and type I psychotropic drugs had been running smoothly, orderly and safely. The problem is reducing gradually. Conclusions The quality of the narcotic and type I psychotropic drugs had been improved and the security risks were eliminated through standardized management in the central pharmacy of the hospital.
