摘 要:将榫卯结构应用于新能源汽车铝合金骨架,优化了悬臂结构的受力方式。通过热胀冷缩法可实现榫卯结构的过盈配合,采用试验与有限元仿真分析相结合的方法,研究了不同过盈量下榫卯构件的最大承载力。试验结果表明,当榫卯样件立放时,榫卯构件过盈量取0.3 mm时可承受最大静载力分别为0.2 mm的1.437倍,0.1 mm的2.467倍;而榫卯样件横放时不同过盈量所对应的最大静载力基本相同。仿真分析进一步表明,当榫卯样件立放受载,榫头与卯口发生相对滑移时,三组试件均发生破坏,且发生拔榫现象。Mortise and tenon joint structure was applied to the new energy automotive aluminum alloy frame,the stress of the cantilever structure was optimized. Through the heat-expansion and cold-contraction of assemble method can realize the interference fit of mortise and tenon joint structure,by adopting the method of combination of test and analysis of the finite element simulation,the maximum bearing capacity of the mortise and tenon joint components of the different interference was studied. When the component is vertical,the mortise and tenon joint component of interference amount of 0. 3 mm can withstand maximum bearing capacity is respectively 1. 437 times as much as the interference amount of 0. 2 mm or 2. 467 times as much as the interference amount of 0. 1 mm. While the component is horizontal,these components of different interference amount that can withstand the maximum static bearing capacity be same basically. Analysis of the finite element simulation further shows that three groups of specimens have been destroyed and the phenomenon of tenon on mobile occurred.
