商务英语专业跨文化沟通能力培养探析

摘　　要：阐述商务英语专业跨文化沟通能力培养的必要性,分析当前高职院校跨文化沟通能力培养的现状,从课程设置、学校管理、教师培养、教学模式等方面,对如何培养商务英语专业学生的跨文化沟通能力进行探讨,提出相应策略。This paper expounds the necessity of the cultivation of the ability of intercultural communication for busi-ness English majors as well as analyzing the current situation of its cultivation in vocational colleges. In addition,it discusses about the cultivation and presents relevant strategies in the aspects of the courses offered, the school man-agement, the cultivation of the teaching staff and the teaching modes.
