基于历史街区功能置换的保护利用模式探索——以天津五大道先农地块为例

摘　　要：本文从历史街区功能植入的角度进行系统的思考,探索功能置换模式引导城市历史街区功能再生的思路,总结出功能置换模式的类型.最后以天津五大道先农地块为例,探讨功能置换模式在先农地块的应用,以期对五大道的更新提供经验借鉴.From the angle of function implants of historical block, the paper has a systematical thinking of, explores the train of thoughts about the functional replacement mode which is used to guide function regeneration of urban historical block and summarizes the type of functional replacement model. Finally ,with the example of Xiannong block of the Five Old Streets in Tianjin, it inquiries into the application of functional replacement mode in Xiannong block, and hopes to provide experience for the update of the Five Old Streets.
