摘 要:针对国内再生水系统中比较常用的3种管材:球磨铸铁管、PE塑料管及钢骨架塑料复合管,对不同管径、不同埋设深度的理论值与实际值进行比较,分析再生水管网建设投资情况.结果表明:不同管材的实际投资成本均高于理论值,随着管径的增大,实际投资成本偏离理论值也愈大;不同管材造价差别很大,当管径在150~500 mm时,管道的投资成本钢骨架塑料复合管>PE管>球墨铸铁管.另外,结合西安、乌鲁木齐、天津等调研城市的再生水管材使用情况,对不同管材进行性能分析,给出选择的建议方案.Graphite cast iron pipe,PE plastic pipe and steel framed polyethylene plastic pipe are widely used in reclaimed water supply pipe network in China. By comparing theoretical cost with actual cost of different diameter and different buried depths, we have analyzed the investments of pipe network construction of reclaimed water in our study. The results show that the actual investment costs are higher than the theoretical value. Besides, as the diameter increases, the differences between actual cost and theoretical value will become bigger accordingly. The costs vary greatly from tubing to tubing,when the diameters are between 150 ~ 500 mm, the investment costs of pipelines follow the descending order:steel framed polyethylene plastic pipe 〉 PE plastic pipe 〉 graphite cast iron pipe. In addition, according to actual conditions of investigated cities, the analyses of the performances of different pipes have been carried out, and the alternative proposals are put forward in the paper.
