摘 要:钻具泥包一直是影响钻井速度和困扰工程技术人员的问题。选取怀俄明州天然的钠基膨润土块HOLEPLUG作为实验用模拟钻屑,利用自制的钢棒和老化罐的滚动模拟井下钻进状况,通过对模拟钻屑的粒径、质量以及热滚时间和基浆组成等参数的筛选,建立了动态评价钻井液防泥包性能的室内实验方法。评价实验确定的模拟钻屑粒径为6~10目、质量为25 g,热滚时间为15 min,基浆组成为3%海水膨润土浆+0.2%NaOH+0.2%Na_2CO_3+0.3%护胶剂+0.5%提切剂。进行了3组平行实验,3组数据相对平均偏差仅为2.45%,说明本文实验方法具有较好的可重复性。选取4种海上常用钻井液体系进行了室内动态评价实验,实验结果与现场反馈情况相同,说明本文实验方法具有很好的准确性,可为有关科研和钻井生产提供可靠依据。Drilling tool balling-up has always been a problem which affects the penetration rate and annoys the technical personnel. A HOLEPLUG chunk,which is Wyoming natural sodium bentonite, was chosen to simulate cuttings; a self-made steel bar and an aging cylinder were hot-rolled to simulate the down-hole drilling environment. Through the screening of the parameters such as particle size, mass, hot-rolling time and slurry compositions,an lab experiment method for dynamically evaluating the anti-balling performance of drilling fluid was established. The particle size of the simulated drill cuttings is 6?10 mesh, the mass 25 g, and the hot-rolling time 15 min. The formulation of slurry is 3 % bentonite in seawater + 0. 2%NaOH +0.2 % Na2CO3+0. 3 % colloid-protecting agent +0. 5 % gel strength enhancer. Three groups of parallel experiments were carried out,and the relative average deviation of the three groups was only 2. 45 % ,which shows that the method has good repeatability. Dynamic evaluation experiments were carried out in the laboratory on four drilling fluid systems commonly used in offshore oilfields. The experimental results agree well with the feed-back from the fields, indicating that the experimental method has good accuracy, and may provide a reliable basis for the evaluation of relevant scientific researches and drilling operations.
