摘  要:用两步法制备了封闭型聚氨酯新型无铬鞣剂。将其应用于绵羊皮的鞣制。结果表明:封闭型聚氨酯新型无铬鞣剂的最佳制备工艺条件为:n_((-NCO))∶n_((-OH))=2.2,亚硫酸氢钠与残余-NCO基团的摩尔比为1.1∶1.0。该鞣剂具有良好的鞣制效果,最优应用工艺条件为:pH=8,时间为2h+过夜。同时,推导了该鞣剂与皮胶原纤维发生作用的原理。New chrome-free tanning agent was successfully fabricated by a two-step method, and thenbating sheep skin tanned by the new chrome-free tanning agent. The results showed that when the molarproportion of (-NCO)颐 (-OH) was 2.2, the molar proportion of NaHSO3 and remaining -NCO was 1.1颐1.0, thepreparation condition of the new chrome-free tanning agent was optimal. Also, the tanning agent showedthe good tanning effect. When the pH was 8, the reaction time was 2 h and a night, the application processcondition of the new chrome-free tanning agent was optimal. In addition, we obtain the reactionmechanism between tanning agent and collagen fiber.
