摘　　要：对羊皮毛革一体产品制作工艺中各工序的工艺技术关键进行探讨,重点介绍如何操作控制生产工艺,使毛革一体产品毛被完整、致密、光泽自然,皮板身骨软度手感均匀一致,绒面绒头细致,具有较强的丝光感,最终得到高质量的毛革一体产品。Key technology in every important technique was discussed in process of double face leatherfrom sheep skin .Stress on the problem of holding integral of the wool, density of the hair and glossnatural, uniform the softness and feeling of the leather body, the fiber from suede is short and thin,provided with mercerized touch apparent, obtain high-quality double face products.
