摘 要:目的探讨清气凉营颗粒抗流感病毒药效学研究和分子机制分析。方法体内实验验证清气凉营颗粒抗甲型流感药效,同时利用活性成分筛选、靶点预测技术,结合生物信息学手段,确定清气凉营颗粒治疗流感的特异性靶点,并进行信号通路富集分析,探讨其治疗流感的分子机制。结果体内实验显示清气凉营颗粒具有抗甲型流感的作用,而其抗流感的分子机制主要参与了Wnt信号通路,调控细菌侵袭性上皮细胞信号通路,同时也影响了致病性大肠杆菌感染信号通路、军团杆菌病信号通路和甲型流感信号等通路。结论清气凉营颗粒主要从抑制细菌感染、抗病毒感染和抑制病毒复制3个方面抑制流感。Aim To analyse the anti-influenza virus pharmacodynamics of QingQiLiangYing ganule andexplore the possible mechanism in the treatment of influenza.Methods The anti-influenza effect of QingQiLiangYing granule was confirmed by in vivo experiment.Unique targets regulated by QingQiLiangYing granule were predicted using the systematic pharmacology and bioinformatics technology.Further pathway enrichment analysis was performed to research the potential mechanism of QingQiLiangYing curing influenza.Results The in vivo experiment showed that QingQiLiangYing granule had the anti-influenza effect and its molecular mechanism of anti-influenza was mainly involved in Wnt signaling pathway, regulation of bacterial invasion of epithelial cells, thus affecting the pathogenic Escherichia coli infection, Legionella disease and influenza A disease processes.Conclusion QingQiLiangYing granule inhibits influenza mainly from three aspects:anti-bacterial infection, anti-viral infection and inhibition of virus replication.
