明胶海绵在患儿置入PICC所致接触性皮炎中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨明胶海绵在PICC导管所致接触性皮炎的应用效果。方法对15例置入PICC后发生接触性皮炎患儿,应用明胶海绵,防止PICC导管与皮肤直接接触。结果 15例接触性皮炎患儿,10例轻度,应用明胶海绵,平均更换时间为7 d,显效8例,有效2例;4例中度,应用明胶海绵,平均更换时间为5 d,显效2例,有效2例;1例重度,应用明胶海绵,平均换膜时间为2 d,但未有效缓解。结论应用明胶海绵可以有效缓解PICC导管所致轻、中度接触性皮炎,值得临床借鉴使用。Objective To explore the effect of gelatin sponge on PICC-induced contact dermatitis. Methods Gelatin sponge was used to avoid the direct contact of PICC catheter from the skin for 15 children with PICC-induced contact dermatitis. Results Of the 10 children with slight contact dermatitis, after the change of gelatin sponge for every 7 d, 8 of them were improved significantly and 2 were improved and of the 4 children with moderate contact dermatitis, after the change of gelatin sponge for every 5 d, 2 of them were improved significantly and 2 were improved. But one severe case was not alleviated after the change of gelatin sponge for every 2 d. Conclusion Gelatin sponge is effective for slight and moderate PICC-induced contact dermatitis and is worth to be popularized clinically.
