时辰穴位贴敷对肝阳上亢型高血压病患者晨峰血压的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨时辰穴位贴敷对肝阳上亢高血压病患者晨峰血压的影响。方法将符合纳入标准的高血压病患者72例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各36例,2组在接受常规降压治疗基础上,对照组按常规时段(10:00)、观察组于卯时(5:00—7:00)进行穴位贴敷,1次/d,干预4周后观察2组患者晨峰血压的变化情况。结果干预后观察组晨峰血压、起床后2 h内平均收缩压均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组晨峰血压正常率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);2组间夜间收缩压最低值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论时辰穴位贴敷有助于缓解高血压病患者晨峰血压增高。Objective To investigate the effect of hour acupoint application on morning peak blood pressure of newly diagnosed hypertension （hyperactivity of liver-yang）. Methods Seventy-two patients meeting the inclusion criteria of hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 36 cases in each group. Besides the conventional antihypertensive therapy, conventional acupuncture point sticking once a day was performed in control group while hour point sticking in observation group. After 4-week intervention, the changes of morning peak blood pressure between two groups were observed. Results After the intervention, morning blood pressure and mean systolic blood pressure 2 hours after getting up in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group （P〈0.05）. There was a significant difference between two groups in terms of normal rate of morning peak blood pressure （P〈0.01）., but there was no significant difference between mean systolic blood pressure at night in two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The hour acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively lower the morning peak blood pressure in patients with hypertension and reduce the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events.
