摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性鼻-鼻窦炎行鼻内镜术患者的优质护理干预方法及效果。方法:将120例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎行鼻内镜术患者随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组给予常规围术期护理干预,观察组在此基础上给予优质护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组36项健康调查简表(SF-36)评分、治疗有效率、术后14 d并发症发生率、护理满意度比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理干预可改善慢性鼻-鼻窦炎性鼻内镜手术患者生活质量,减少并发症,提高护理满意度。Objective：To explore the method and effect of high quality nursing intervention for patients with chronic rhinosinusitis un- dergoing endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods：A total of 120 cases of chronic sinusitis patients with nasal endoscopic surgery were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine perioperative nursing intervention, while the observation group was given high quality nursing intervention. Nursing effects were compared between two groups. Results：There were significant differences in the 36 items of the survey （SF-36） score, the effective rate of treatment, the incidence of postoperative complications on 14 d after surgery and the degree of nursing satisfaction between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： High quality nursing intervention can improve the quality of life of patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal endoscopic surgery, reduce complications, improve nursing satisfaction.
