摘　　要：本文通过磨矿细度及浮选条件的单因素试验，确定了磁选-分级-脱泥浮选的工艺条件及工艺流程。在弱碱性条件（pH值7．5），常温（25℃）下进行，浮选通过“1粗1精1扫”的开路流程，最终得到氧化铝品位56．16％、回收率30．01％的硅线石精矿。In this paper, the singlefactor experiment of grinding fineness and floatation conditions is adopted to confirm the technological conditions and process for magnetic separation, grading and desliming. Under the condition of weak alkaline condition （pH7.5） and normal temperature （25℃）, sillimanite concentrates with alumina grade 56.16% and recovery rate 30. 01% are obtained through the floatation of the opencircuit process of ＂1 coarse 1 fine 1 sweep＂.
