摘 要:针对玻璃熔化过程具有大惯性、非线性、强耦合等特点,常规控制方法难以满足整体熔化过程中优化运行的问题,提出了基于案例推理技术的玻璃熔化过程控制参数优化设定的方法。该方法根据玻璃熔化过程已有的经验数据,利用案例表示方法形成案例并组成案例库,运用案例检索、案例重用、案例评价与修正技术给出优化结果,并通过案例学习策略对案例库进行扩充。使用该方法可优化给定出燃料量、助燃风量、冷却风量、投料量、烟道闸板开度等设定值,实现了玻璃熔化过程经济高效的运行。As for such features as high inertia, non - linear, strong coupling of glass melting process, it is hard for the conventional control methods to be in line with the requirements of optimal operation during the whole melting process. Based on case reasoning technology, this paper puts forward the optimal setting method of glass melting process for controlling pa- rameters. This method adopts case presentation method to form case and to constitute case base according to the existing empirical data of glass melting process, applies case retrieval, case reuse, case evaluating and revising techniques to get optimized results, and expands case base by case learning strategy. By means of this method, the given set value of fuel value, combustion value, cooling air amount, feeding amount and opening of fuel shutter can be optimized as to fulfill the high efficient and economic operation for glass melting process.
