摘  要:胶结充填体顶板的稳定性是决定下向分层胶结采矿法回采工作面安全的重要因素.以某矿山为工程背景,采用现场监测和数值计算相结合的手段,通过对其应力、位移、塑性区以及钢筋的受力特征进行分析,研究固化剂胶结尾砂充填体充当下分层回采顶板时的稳定性.结果表明:钢筋对充填体整体的稳定性起到加固作用,采用质量比为1∶6和1∶12的新型固化剂胶结分级尾砂材料明显优于质量比为1∶4和1∶8的42.5级水泥胶结分级尾砂材料;结合现场监测和数值计算结果,表明采用新型固化剂胶结分级尾砂充填,可以满足下分层回采顶板稳定性的要求.The stability of roof is the main factor to determine the safety of mining face in the underhand slice stopping with cemented filling method. Taking a mine as engineering background, the stress, displacement, plastic zone and the force characteristics of steel were analyzed to study the roof stability of cemented classifying tailing by new cemented agent using the means of combining field monitoring with numerical methods. The result shows that the steel reinforcement has a great effect to backfill of the whole body; and when the mass ratio are 1 to 6 and 1 to 12, the new cemented agent materials are batter than the 42.5 grade cement agent material with the mass ratio of 1 to 4 and 1 to 8; according to the numerical calculation results and field monitoring, the new cemented classifying tailings can meet the requirements of filling stope roof stability.
