摘　　要：滇南艾（Artemisia austro-yunnanensis Ling et Y.R.Ling）是菊科（Compositae）蒿属（Artemisia）的一种特殊的半灌木状草本,主要分布在东南亚地区.本课题组率先对该植物全株进行了化学成分研究,从中分离得到10余个化合物,并发表于《昆明理工大学学报（自然科学版）》.为进一步深入探索其化学成分,在前期基础上,又从其乙酸乙酯萃取部位中分离鉴定了10个化合物,分别为黑麦草内酯（1）、6-hydroxy-6-methylocta-3,7-dien-2-one（2）、espeleton（3）、1-[5-（1-hydroxyethyl）-2-methoxyphenyl]-3-methyl-1-butanone（4）、dehydroespeleton（5）、2,2-dimethyl-6-acetyl chromanone（6）、4-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-2-O-me phloroacetophenone（7）、灯盏花苷Ⅱ（8）、hydroxydihydrobovolide（9）和6,9,10-三羟基-7-十八烯酸（10）.其中,化合物9和10为首次从该科植物中分离得到,化合物3-5和8为首次从该属植物中分离得到.Artemisia austro-yunnanensis Ling et Y. R. Ling,belonging to the genus Artemisia,family Compositae,is an unusual semi-herbaceous shrub and mainly distributed in Southeast Asia. Previous chemical investigations resulted in twenty compounds being isolated from its whole plants by our group firstly,which was published in Journal of Kunming University of Science and Technology（ Natural Science Edition）. As a continuation of our research on ingredients from this unique plant,another ten compounds are further isolated from the Et OAc extract of A. austro-yunnanensis based on our previous work,and identified as loliotide（ 1）,6-hydroxy-6-methylocta-3,7-dien-2-one（ 2）,espeleton（ 3）,1-[5-（ 1-hydroxyethyl）-2-methoxyphenyl]-3-methyl-1-butanone（ 4）,dehydroespeleton（ 5）,2,2-dimethyl-6-acetyl chromanone（ 6）,4-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-2-O-methylphloroacetophenone（ 7）,erigesideⅡ（ 8）,hydroxydihydrobovolide（ 9） and6,9,10-trihydroxy-octadec-7-enoic acid（ 10）. Among them,9 and 10 are isolated from the family Compositae for the first time,and 3-5 and 8 are isolated from the genus Artemisia for the first time.
