摘 要:褐煤蜡树脂是精制褐煤蜡生产过程中从褐煤粗蜡里脱除的一类色黑粘稠物质,至今尚无有效利用途径.氧化改性是目前应用于废弃物处理的一种化学方法,可有效改变处理物的物理化学性质,从而实现其再利用.本实验以产自云南峨山褐煤中褐煤蜡树脂(Montan Resin,MR)为研究对象,运用四种氧化体系对其进行氧化改性.以反应后所得浅色固体比重(G值)为指标,对比过氧化氢,过氧乙酸,过氧化氢与过氧乙酸,硝酸四种氧化体系对褐煤蜡树脂的改性效果;并运用红外光谱分析法,初步研究了改性前后树脂中含氧官能团变化情况.结果显示:过氧乙酸氧化体系可有效改善褐煤蜡树脂外观及物质极性,反应效率高且环保,改性效果优于其他四种氧化体系,值得进一步优化其反应条件后应用于褐煤蜡树脂的化学改性.Montan resin,produced during production of refined montan wax from crude montan wax,is a dark and viscous solid,and its utilization has not been studied so far. Oxidation modification is a chemical method used widely in waste disposal and can change the physical and chemical properties of the treated materials for recycling effectively. In current study,four oxidants,including perhydrol,peracetic acid,perhydrol combined with peracetic acid,and nitric acid,are used for chemical modification of motan resin( MR) from Eshan,Yunnan. Their effects are evaluated by the G value,a proportion of the solid after reaction. Furthermore,the change of oxy-groups in MR before and after reaction of oxidation is analyzed by IR spectra preliminarily. According to the results,peracetic acid shows better effects on changes of character and polarity of motan resin than those of others,possessing higher reaction efficiency and better environmental protection. It indicates that peracetic acid is worthy of further study,such as optimization of its reaction conditions for its application to chemical modification of motan resin.
