摘  要:研究了使用国产稀土催化体系制备的异戊橡胶(NdIR)的性能,并与国外同类产品SKI-5和天然橡胶SMR10进行了对比。结果表明,国产NdIR相对分子质量分布较SKI-5窄,拉伸强度、拉断伸长率、拉断永久变形和撕裂强度都优于SKI-5。在相同配方和工艺条件下,NdIR的Payne效应弱于SKI-5,与SMR10相似;NdIR和SMR10的压缩生热和滚动阻力数据相吻合。Properties of polyisoprene rubber prepared by domestic rare-earth catalyst(NdIR)were researched,and it was compared with SKI-5 and SMR10 of abroad counterparts.The results showed that the molecular weight distribution of NdIR was narrower than that of SKI-5,the tensile strength,elongation at break,tensile rupture set and tear strength were better than those of SKI-5.At the conditions of the same formula and the same processing,Payne effect of NdIR was weaker than that of SKI-5,and it was similar to SMR10.The friction heat build-up and rolling resistance of NdIR was consistent with those of SMR10.
