摘  要:采用熔融共混法制备了共混比为70/30的胶粉/聚丙烯热塑性弹性体,并考察了过氧化物和硫黄用量对其微观结构、混炼特性和力学性能的影响。结果表明,加入过氧化物能明显提高胶粉/聚丙烯的相容性和弹性体力学性能,同时也造成了聚丙烯基体的降解。加入硫黄可交联聚丙烯相,并提高胶粉/聚丙烯热塑性弹性体性能。Rubber powder(RP)/polypropylene(PP)thermoplastic elastomer was prepared by melt blending,and effects of content of peroxide and sulfur on microstructure,mixing characteristics and mechanical properties of RP/PP blends was researched.The results showed that the compatibility and mechanical properties of RP/PP were significantly improved by adding peroxide,at the same time,the degradation of PP matrix was also caused.Polypropylene phase was crosslinked by adding sulfur,and the mechanical properties of RP/PP thermoplastic elastomer were further improved.
