摘 要:为实现圩区泵闸群控制的自动化、信息化,提出完整的自动化系统设计方案。为降低泵闸群常规调度的能耗,提出一套基于正交试验法的调度策略优化运行方案,通过9次试验获得不同开机方案和运行规则下的总能耗,再进行排序和去劣,选出最优调度方案。以上海市新浜镇圩区为例,阐述优化的完整计算过程,优化后能够比常规调度方案节约能源6%以上。提升圩区的自动化水平和排涝效率,有效节约能源,同时方案的研究方法具有一定的实用和参考价值。A integrated design scheme of integrated automation system is put forward in order to realize automation and information of pump and water gate groups' control mode in the close water area. A scheduling strategy is proposed based on orthogonal test to reduce the energy consumption of conventional scheduling. The total energy consumptions are obtained under different start-up schemes and operating rules by nine experiments, then through sorting and removing, the optimal scheduling scheme is selected. Taking the close water area of Xinbang town, in Shanghai city as a study case, the complete calculation process of optimization is expatiated, it can save more than 6% energy than conventional scheduling scheme after optimization. It enhances the level of automation and efficiency, of drainage in polder area, can save energy effectively. The research method has certain practical and reference value.
