摘 要:主要探讨基于CATIA平台进行重力坝的三维一体化设计,依托二次开发等手段,将三维自动化设计贯穿于重力坝坝顶高程和稳定应力计算、开挖、基本体型、分缝,以及廊道、防浪墙细部等设计全过程,设计人员可以快速实现整个重力坝设计过程,一体化设计采用全参数化管理,坝址、坝轴线、坝段布置、尺寸断面等可调整,设计成果快速更改,程序化设计降低人为错误的发生概率,提高重力坝设计效率,尤其适用于可研及以前设计阶段,极大降低由于方案调整等带来的繁重重复性工作。This paper mainly discusses 3D integration design of gravity dam based on CATIA platform. Based on secondary development method, it uses 3D automation design throughout the whole process of the gravity dam design, which reflects in the gravity dam crest elevation and stable stress calculation, design of excavation, the basic shape, seam portion and detail design such as corridor, parapet wall, etc. Designers can quickly realize the whole process of the gravity dam design. At the same time, the integration design adopts full parameterized management, it can make adjustments in dam site, the axis of the dam, dam layout and section size, so design results can be rapidly changed. The integration of the gravity dam design reduces the human error probability, improves the efficiency of the gravity dam design, especially Applicable to the feasible and previous design phase, and greatly reduces the heavy repetitive work caused by plan adjustment, etc.
