海河流域省际河流省界断面水文监测的思考

摘　　要：省际河流省界断面水文监测是了解省际河流水量、水质变化规律的重要手段,是省际河流水资源分配的重要依据,是落实最严格水资源管理制度的重要支撑。介绍海河流域省际河流省界断面水文监测现状,分析海河流域省界水文监测存在的问题,并提出进一步完善省界水文监测站网,建立水文监测信息发布机制等相关建议,对于提高流域水文的社会化服务水平具有一定借鉴意义。Hydrological measuring in provincial sections of inter-provincial rivers plays a significant role in understanding the change rule of water quantity and quality. And it is also important for water resources allocation and implementation of the most stringent water management system. This paper introduces the status of hydrological measuring in inter provincial rivers of the Haihe River Basin, and puts forward relevant suggestion about further improving the provincial boundary hydrological station network and hydrological monitoring information release mechanism. These suggestions have certain reference significance for improving the level of hydrological social service.
