女性生殖器结核不孕症的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的研究女性生殖器结核与不孕症之间的相关性,为临床诊治提供有力参考。方法选择2015年3月—2016年12月期间收治的46例女性生殖器结核患者作为本次观察的对象,对46例女性生殖器结核患者的临床体征、表现进行回顾性分析,为患者实施宫腔镜、B超、血常规、结核菌素试验、γ-干扰素释放试验等检查,观察女性生殖器结核与不孕症之间的相关性。结果经检查可知,初步确诊的患者为12例,占比例26.09%,进一步诊断确诊的患者为34例,占比例为73.91%;女性生殖器结核患者的发病年龄、月经异常现象及病理变化均与不孕症存在着相关性(P<0.05)。结论女性生殖器结核不具有特异性,临床诊断中极易导致误诊现象的出现,女性生殖器结核与不孕症之间存在较为显著的相关性。Objective To study the correlation between female genital tuberculosis and infertility, and we provide astrong reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods From March 2015 to December 2016, 46 cases of femalegenital tuberculosis patients admitted during the period as the observation object, clinical signs of 46 cases of female genitaltuberculosis patients, were retrospectively analyzed, hysteroscopy, B-ultrasound, blood routine, tuberculosis bacteria primetest, γ interferon release test check for patients to observe the correlation between female genital tuberculosis and infertility.Results The examination showed that, initially diagnosed patients were 12 cases, accounted for 26.09%, further diagnosis ofpatients diagnosed with 34 cases, accounted for 73.91%. Female genital tuberculosis patients with age of onset, menstrualabnormalities and pathological changes were related with infertility, it exists significant relationship（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Female genital tuberculosis is not specific, easily lead to misdiagnosis phenomenon in clinical diagnosis, there is a significantcorrelation between female genital tuberculosis and infertility.
