尺骨解剖板及钢丝治疗鹰嘴合并冠突骨折一例报告

摘　　要：尺骨鹰嘴骨折合并冠状突骨折在临床中发生时多伴随肘关节脱位、韧带损伤、桡骨头骨折等损伤,但也可以作为独立的骨折单独发生。其处理较为困难,术后容易发生创伤性关节炎、肘关节僵硬等并发症。由于此种损伤属关节内骨折,在治疗中遵照AO原则要做到骨折的解剖复位并行坚强稳定的内固定,从而早期进行功能锻炼,恢复一个良好的关节功能。Fractures of the ulnar olecranon and coronoid process rarely occur clinically, usually combined with elbow dislocation, radial head fracture, collateral ligamentous injury, et al. However, there is still the possibility this kind of fractures come up independently. They belong to intra-articular fractures, so many complications happen postoperatively, such as traumatic arthritis, anchylosis and so on. A male patient with combined olecranon fractures of the ulna and coronoid process fractures（ 21-B1.3） were treated, without elbow dislocation or radial head fracture. Dorsal anatomical plate and tension-band wire were used by a single posterior approach, and satisfactory results were achieved.
