摘 要:单面盐冻环境下PVA纤维水泥基复合材料的冻融破坏反映了路面、桥面由于除冰盐造成破坏的工程实际情况。本文通过单面盐冻试验研究PVA纤维掺量、水胶比、粉煤灰掺量对水泥基复合材料抗冻性能的影响,试验结果表明,纤维掺量在0~2%之间时制备的PVA纤维水泥基复合材料,随着纤维掺量的增加抗冻性能增强;水胶比在0.27~0.4之间时制备的PVA纤维水泥基复合材料,随着水胶比的增大抗冻性能减弱;粉煤灰掺量在45%~50%之间时,PVA纤维水泥基复合材料表现出良好的抗冻性能。并用二参数Weibull分布模型分析了PVA纤维水泥基复合材料的冻融损伤,建立了考虑纤维掺量、水胶比、粉煤灰掺量三因素的冻融损伤模型,模型计算值与试验值吻合良好,表明本文建议的模型可用于PVA纤维水泥基复合材料冻融损伤分析,为进一步研究其冻融损伤规律提供参考。Freeze-thaw damage of PVA fiber reinforced cement based composites under single side salt freezing environment reflects the destruction of the pavement and bridge deck due to the deicing salt in the engineering practice.Through single side salt freezing test,this paper studies the influence of frost resistance of PVA fiber content,water binder ratio,fly ash volume for cement based composites.Results show that frost resistance would be enhanced with increasing fiber content,when the fiber content between the 0~2% of PVA reinforced cement based composites;With water binder ratio increases,frost resistance weakened when water binder ratio between the 0.27~0.4;fly ash content of 45%~50% shows good frost resistance.The freeze-thaw damage of PVA fiber reinforced cement based composites was analyzed by using the two parameters Weibull distribution,and the freeze-thaw damage model was established by considering three factors.The calculated values of the model are in good agreement with the experimental results,indicating the proposed model can be used to analysis the freeze-thaw damage of PVA fiber reinforced cement based composites and provide reference for the engineering application.
