摘 要:本文研究了超高性能装饰混凝土UHPDC在不同养护方式和养护龄期下的力学性能。通过采用白色水泥、白色矿物掺合料,以及不同品种、不同掺量的纤维增强,制备出了超高性能装饰混凝土。研究表明掺入纤维之后,所制备出的超高性能混凝土具有早强、自密实等性能,其中MOSF2的1 d抗压强度最高可达74 MPa,抗弯强度最高可达16 MPa,此外,MOSF1经过28 d自然养护后,抗压和抗弯强度也可以达到174 MPa和21Mpa。UHPDC具有优异的力学性能,同时又兼具装饰性能。其成型后色泽亮白,表面光洁度高,且可塑性好,能制成结构复杂的产品,达到了满足结构与装饰要求的双重目的。In this paper, the mechanical properties of ultra-high performance decorative concrete (UHPDC) were studied under different curing methods and curing ages. UHPDC was prepared with white cement, white industrial waste power and different fibers. The results show that UHPDC prepared by this method has the characteristics of high early strength and self-compacting. The compressive and flexural strength of MOSF2 are up to 74 MPa and 16 MPa respectively. The compressive and flexural strength of MOSF1 can reach 174 MPa and 21 MPa after 28 d natural curing. UHPDC has both excellent mechanical properties and decorative performance. Its color was bright white after forming and its surface finish was high. With good plasticity, it can be used to make complex structure products which has the function of both structure and decoration.
