摘  要:通过对常见茶叶与茶水中微量元素铝含量的测定,来探究人们由饮茶而摄入人体的铝的量。用紫外-可见分光光度法以铝-铬天青-氯化十六烷基吡啶(AL-CAS-CPC)^([1])为体系来测定红茶、绿茶、乌龙茶及铁观音四种市售常见茶叶中铝含量,依据人们日常饮茶习惯即热开水冲泡的方式测定茶水中铝含量。四种茶叶中铝含量的范围在1000~5000mg/kg之间,而浸出液中铝的溶出率随浸泡次数递减,结果显示第一次溶出量最高,占50%以上。一般情况下,每人每天铝摄入量为几毫克,茶叶中铝含量虽然较高,但茶水浸出液中铝含量相对较低,通过饮茶进入人体内的铝占茶叶含铝量的20%~40%,因此,一般情况下,饮茶中的铝不足以对人体健康构成威胁。Through the determination of trace elements in tea Teas and aluminum content to explore people from the tea andingested aluminum, impact on health. Methods: UV - visible spectrophotometry with aluminum - CAS - cetylpyridiniumchloride ( AL - CAS - CPC) [13 for. the system to determine the black, green, oolong and tie guan yin four kinds of commerciallyavailable common Tea aluminum content, based on people "s daily drinking habits the way that the heat of boiling waterDetermination of aluminum content in tea. Results: The range of four aluminum content in tea between 1000 - 5000mg / Kg,and the dissolution rate of the leaching solution of aluminum with decreasing immersion times, the results show for the first timethe dissolution rate of the total amount of the highest dissolution rate of more than 50%. Conclusion: Under normalcircumstances, the daily aluminum intake per person milligrams, although the higher the aluminum content in tea, but tea leachsolution is relatively low aluminum content, you can use aluminum is 20% to 40% , therefore, under normal circumstances , thealuminum tea insufficient to constitute a threat to human health, but for those who have heavy drinking habits, the body "sabsorption of aluminum elements and more from tea.
