摘 要:膜生物反应器(Membrane Bioreactor,MBR)是将活性污泥法与膜分离技术相结合的一种高效、稳定的新型污水处理技术。研究了操作条件对MBR运行效能和膜污染状况的影响,结果表明,MBR在HRT为10 h,曝气强度为0.6 m^3/h,抽停时间比例为9:3 min的条件下能够得到较理想的处理效果,对COD、氨氮、总磷和浊度的平均去除率分别达到94.0%、96.5%、30.0%和96.8%,运行1个月之后TMP达到45.5 kPa左右。虽然污染物去除效率较高,但是膜污染没有得到显著改善。被污染的膜组件通过自来水清洗,热水清洗,次氯酸钠清洗和浸泡以及乙醇反冲洗等进行清洗后,膜通量可以恢复到新膜的95.3%,有效的清洗方式延长了膜组件的使用寿命。Bioreactor (Membrane, MBR) is a new type of wastewater treatment technology, which combines the activated sludgeprocess with membrane separation technology. Effect of operating conditions on the performance and membrane fouling of MBRoperation results show that the MBR in HRT was 10 h, aeration intensity was O. 6 m3/h, to get the ideal pumping time ratio of 9:3 rain under the conditions of COD, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus and turbidity average removal rate reached 94% 96.5% , 30% and 96.8%, respectively, after 1 months of operation of TMP is about 45.5 kPa. Although the removal efficiency ofpollutants is high, membrane fouling has not been significantly improved. Membrane polluted by tap water cleaning, hot watercleaning, washing and soaking in ethanol and sodium hypochlorite backwash cleaning, the membrane flux can be recovered to 95.3% of the new membrane cleaning methods, effectively prolong the service life of membrane components.
