延续性护理在结直肠癌患者中的护理效果及对ET-1、VEGF水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察延续性护理在结直肠癌患者中的护理效果及对ET-1、VEGF水平的影响。方法选择2015年1月至2016年7月本院收治的70例结直肠癌患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=35)。两组患者均行手术治疗,对照组采用常规方法护理,观察组采用延续性护理,比较两组护理前后汉密尔抑郁量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、内皮素-1(ET-1)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平,以及两组术后并发症发生情况。结果护理前,两组SDS及SAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组SDS及SAS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组ET-1及VEGF水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组ET-1及VEGF水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症总发生率为11.43%,显著低于对照组(25.71%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理在结直肠癌患者管理中的总体应用效果良好,有助于降低并发症发生率,促进患者康复。Objective To investigate the effect of continued nursing care in patients with colorectal cancer and its effect on endothelial growth factor（VEGF）. Methods Seventy patients with colorectal cancer were randomly assigned to control group（n = 35） and treatment group（n = 35）. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional methods,and the patients in the observation group were treated with continued nursing care. The following variables were measured and compared between the two group ： Hamilton Depression Scale（HDS）,Self-rating Anxiety Scal（SAS）,plasma level of endothelin-1（ET-1） and vascular endothelial growth factor,and incidence of postoperative complication. Results Before treatment,HDS and SAS did not differ between the two group（P〉 0.05）. After treatment,HDS and SAS were both significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group.（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the levels of plasma endothelial growth factors between the two groups before treatment（P〉0.05）. After treatment,the levels of ET-1 and VEGF in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Continued nursing care could significantly improve patients＇ mental health and decrease endothelial growth factors in patients with colorectal cancer.
