新洁尔灭溶液水治疗对足踝部术后伤口愈合的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨新洁尔灭溶液水治疗对足踝部术后伤口愈合的影响.方法：收集2013年3月~2015年12月在我科接受足踝部手术治疗的患者105例,根据治疗方法分为新洁尔灭溶液水治疗组（A组）和普通换药治疗组（B组）.A组59例,采用新洁尔灭溶液水治疗,B组46例,采用常规换药法.比较2组患者创口愈合时间.结果：A组引流不畅或不愈合患者、骨髓炎创面患者的创口愈合时间分别为8.2±2.5天、18.7±3.6天,明显短于B组的11.6±3.7天、22.6±4.5天（P〈0.05）,2组张力性水泡结痂患者的创口愈合时间比较无统计学差异（P〉0.05）,A组创口平均愈合时间为9.7±2.8天,明显短于B组12.6±3.6天（P〈0.05）.结论：新洁尔灭液水疗法治疗足踝部术后伤口,可通过局部热疗改善足踝部末梢血循环,促进毛细血管内皮和血管的再生,具有较好抑菌和杀菌作用,预防和控制局部创面感染.Objective： To investigate the effect of Bromogeramine solution water treatment effect on wound healing of ankle surgery. Methods： To collect 2013 March to December 2015 in our department received 105 cases of foot and ankle surgery in the treatment of pa- tients, according to treatment methods for the new clean Er de solution water treatment group （group A） and ordinary dressing treatment group （ group B）. A group of 59 cases, the use of new clean Water solution of water treatment, B group of 46 cases, the use of convention- al dressing method. The wound healing time were compared between the two groups. Results： In group a drainage not free or nonunion pa- tients and osteomyelitis patients with wound healing time were 8.2 ± 2.5 days, （18.7 ± 3.6） days, significantly shorter than group B （ 11.6 ± 3.7） day, （22.6 ± 4.5 ） days （ P 〈 0.05 ）, two groups of tension blisters scab in patients with wound healing time compared with no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）, a group of wound the average healing time was 9.7 ± 2.8 days, significantly shorter in group B （ ± 12.6 3.6） days （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： the new clean Er de liquid water therapy after treatment of foot and ankle surgery wound by local hyperthermia improve ankle peripheral blood circulation, promote capillary endothelial proliferation and angiogenesis, has good baeteriostatie and bactericidal effect, prevention and control local wound infection.
